Sweet Chick, a renowned New-American southern comfort food restaurant founded by celebrity restaurateur John Seymour and legendary rapper Nas, embodies a fusion of culinary excellence and hip-hop culture.
In celebration of Sweet Chick's expansion to Union Square, I led in conceptualizing a range of illustrations, graphics, and collaborative logo lockups. These designs adorned takeout boxes, the limited edition "SLAM Bucket Meal," and apparel items. From jersey kits boasting an all-over waffle print to unique STAFF tees and SLAM Cover Tees featuring Eggbert, Sweet Chick's mascot, each piece encapsulated the essence of the collaboration. By leveraging the rich histories of both SLAM and Sweet Chick in New York City, we curated a memorable launch event in Union Square, commemorating the new location and celebrating our collaboration amidst the vibrant cultural backdrop of the city.
